Job Title: Physical Therapist

Job Summary:

Select Medical is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at Select Rehabilitation Hospital of Denton. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing education to patients and families.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans in accordance with physician direction
  • Provide ongoing evaluation and modification of treatment plans as needed
  • Develop comprehensive goals for patient treatment to maximize outcomes and return to community activities
  • Coordinate treatment programs with other clinical/therapeutic services and community resources
  • Provide patient education and develop progressive home programs
  • Identify and manage various levels of care necessary to ensure care plan delivery

Qualifications:

  • Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist
  • Certified BLS or completion in the first 90 days of employment
  • Experience with Neurologic and Orthopedic conditions is strongly recommended
