Financial Analyst

AllOne Health is a leading provider of workplace behavioral health services, and we're seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. As a Financial Analyst, you'll play a critical role in supporting our financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions.

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling to inform business decisions.
• Prepare, analyze, and interpret financial statements and reports to drive strategic decision-making.
• Develop and maintain complex Excel models for forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
• Utilize data visualization tools to create interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations for senior management and board members.
• Support ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of complex formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manipulate large datasets.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
