Integrated Behavioral Technologies, Inc. (IBT) is a not-for-profit organization that provides behavioral therapy services to children with special needs. We are seeking a Behavior Technician to join our team in Marion, KS.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement behavioral interventions using an applied behavioral analytic framework
  • Work as part of a treatment team to develop and implement behavioral interventions
  • Collect data and implement behavioral interventions as outlined in the treatment plan
  • Communicate with the treatment team and clients
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Possess a valid ID and reliable transportation
  • Pass criminal background checks
  • Obtain the Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) credential within 3 months of hire date
  • Possess interpersonal skills necessary to effectively communicate with clients, caregivers, and team members
