As a part of a robust organization, we are looking for an Installation Supervisor with expertise in commercial refrigeration construction. This role involves extensive travel across the country for two and a half weeks at a time. You will oversee preconstruction site assessments, manage construction teams, and ensure quality and methodology across diverse projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess project sites for constructability and logistics.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to coordinate field installation schedules and personnel.
- Train and mentor employees to align with company standards and practices.
- Ensure quality control on-site during construction activities.
- Work cross-departmentally to optimize project installations.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience supervising commercial construction projects.
- At least 5 years of experience in fitting and brazing copper piping.
- 5+ years of general experience in commercial construction.
- Willingness to travel out of state as required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Experience with the installation of environmental chambers or similar refrigeration systems is preferred.
- Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
- Mechanical piping experience is advantageous.
- Universal EPA and Refrigeration certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
- OSHA 30 Certification is preferred or willingness to obtain.
- Knowledge of construction industry regulations and documentation is essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
