As a part of a robust organization, we are looking for an Installation Supervisor with expertise in commercial refrigeration construction. This role involves extensive travel across the country for two and a half weeks at a time. You will oversee preconstruction site assessments, manage construction teams, and ensure quality and methodology across diverse projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess project sites for constructability and logistics.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to coordinate field installation schedules and personnel.
  • Train and mentor employees to align with company standards and practices.
  • Ensure quality control on-site during construction activities.
  • Work cross-departmentally to optimize project installations.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience supervising commercial construction projects.
  • At least 5 years of experience in fitting and brazing copper piping.
  • 5+ years of general experience in commercial construction.
  • Willingness to travel out of state as required.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Experience with the installation of environmental chambers or similar refrigeration systems is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
  • Mechanical piping experience is advantageous.
  • Universal EPA and Refrigeration certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
  • OSHA 30 Certification is preferred or willingness to obtain.
  • Knowledge of construction industry regulations and documentation is essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
