Role Overview :

The Director of Private Equity will lead our efforts in raising equity investments for syndication into numerous Real Estate Projects.

This full-time, hybrid role offers flexibility for remote work when needed and is located in Newport Beach, CA.

We seek an experienced professional in Commercial Real Estate with strong connections to High Net Worth Individuals, Family Offices, and Accredited investors.

Responsibilities :

  • Leading EQUITY INVESTMENTS raising efforts
  • Developing detailed financial models and projections of investment opportunities
  • Creating Offering Memorandums, Pro-forma, and reviewing Legal documents

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Business, Economics, Real Estate or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive experience within private equity or Real Estate investment
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to prioritize under tight deadlines
  • Proactive, independently managed multiple projects and problem-solving skills
