Manufacturing Supervisor III

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Supervisor III to join our team at AbbVie. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for supervising and training warehouse personnel to support the production of clinical or commercial products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review daily production schedules and priorities to determine unit assignments and critical actions required to support production.
- Review materials requirements to support shift and off-shift needs for the day.
- Provide on-the-floor training to support formalized technical and cGMP training.
- Monitor operator training files and work with compliance specialists to keep files up to date.
- Collaborate with QA and subject matter experts to resolve exceptions.
- Work with technology transfer teams to incorporate new processes in the plant.
- Review new SOPs.
- Supervise skilled nonexempt and junior level exempt employees, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:
- Five plus years' experience in manufacturing/production processes.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience leading warehousing, manufacturing, and/or production teams.
- Familiarity with industrial automation systems.
- Working knowledge of safety, quality systems, and cGMPs.
- Computer proficiency and scheduling experience required.
