Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Loading and unloading materials from trucks and storage areas.
  • Organizing and storing goods in accordance with established methods.
  • Utilizing hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts to manage inventory.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment.
  • Picking and preparing materials and supplies for distribution.
  • Entering inventory data into the management system.
  • Verifying incoming deliveries against documentation.
  • Collaborating with other departments and vendors to resolve any delivery discrepancies.
  • Conducting monthly inventory cycle counts and addressing any discrepancies.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and requesting additional supplies as needed.
  • Participating in safety meetings and adhering to safety protocols.
  • Maintaining accurate databases related to inventory.
  • Managing project materials, including ordering and documenting distribution.
  • Responding to data requests from various departments.
  • Performing specialized functions related to inventory management and logistical support.
  • Occasionally traveling to other warehouses for work.

Required Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of warehouse distribution practices and procedures.
  • Understanding of accounting codes and procedures.
  • Familiarity with inventory materials and their applications.
  • Basic mathematical skills.
  • Proficiency in using personal computers and related software.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely.
  • Strong analytical skills to research and resolve inventory issues.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Physical capability to lift or move at least 65 pounds without assistance.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to provide clear instructions and evaluate outcomes.

Preferred Experience

Ideal candidates will have:

  • 2-3 years of related experience.
  • Experience in the energy or material handling sectors.

Interview Process

The interview process will include a Teams interview.


Additional Information

Occasional overtime may be available as part of the role.
