We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Social Worker to join our team at IVA'AL Solutions, LLC. As a Family Advocacy Treatment Manager, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive prevention services to prevent family maltreatment and treating individuals, families, and groups affected by maltreatment.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and treat clients using evidence-based modalities, including social casework, psychotherapy, and psycho-educational interventions.
- Develop and implement safety plans to ensure the well-being of clients and their families.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive services and support.
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and evaluations to inform treatment planning.
- Document client progress and outcomes using established software and systems.
- Master's degree from a Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) accredited school.
- Current, unrestricted State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
- At least two years of post-master's degree experience providing clinical counseling services to adults and children experiencing family violence.
- Experience as a group therapy facilitator or co-leader.
- Ability to obtain privileges at a Military Treatment Facility (MTF).
- Basic Life Support Certification (Course C).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry skills to maintain clinical records.
- Experience with Family Advocacy System of Records or Family Advocacy Program Network computer software.
This role requires frequent use of standard office equipment and occasional travel, primarily local during the business day, with some out-of-area and overnight travel possible.
This is a full-time position with general hours of work from 0730 to 1630, Monday through Friday, except for US Holidays.
Must obtain and maintain a NACI Clearance.
