Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bellman/Valet to join our team at Common Thread Hotels. As a Bellman/Valet, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling luggage, and ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Assist guests with their needs, ensuring a positive and relaxing experience.
• Luggage Handling: Safely transport luggage and belongings to and from guest rooms, vehicles, and other areas of the hotel.
• Valet Parking: Park guest vehicles in a prompt and timely manner, ensuring the premises of the property are tidy and clean.
• Facilities Maintenance: Maintain the hotel's facilities, including the parking lot, front desk area, pool area, and hotel corridors.
• Multi-Department Assistance: Provide assistance in all departments when needed, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
• Driver Requirements: Possess a valid driver's license and inform hotel management of any changes to your driving record during employment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
• Physical Ability to Lift and Carry Luggage
