Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient medical records, documenting care provided and treatment plans.
  • Provide routine follow-up care and monitoring of chronic conditions, ensuring patients receive ongoing support and attention.
  • Administer diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, interpreting test results and making informed decisions.
  • Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging studies, utilizing cutting-edge technology to inform treatment plans.
Qualifications
  • Active and unencumbered medical license in the state of practice (if a new license is needed for your assignment, Aya Locums can assist).
  • National board certification in Critical Care Medicine from a recognized organization.
  • No flagged or under investigation licenses.
  • The employer will review your credentials and compare them against the job requirements.

Working Hours

  • A Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Completion of a Critical Care Medicine fellowship program or equivalent experience.
