Support Specialist

BlackBeltHelp is seeking a skilled Support Specialist to join our team.
Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. They will also have a strong understanding of supported applications and procedures, as well as the ability to learn and apply new technical information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Respond to incoming calls, voicemails, web-submissions, emails, and/or chats from end-users.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, resolve, track, escalate, and document technical queries.
- Document customer requests in the issue tracking system.
- Route tickets accurately to client level support when needed.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
- Experience with customer service software and ticketing systems.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
