About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Surgical Technologist to join our team at Lone Peak Hospital. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our operating rooms and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist surgeons and other medical staff during operative and invasive procedures
  • Prepare and maintain the operating room and equipment between patients
  • Participate in safety initiatives to ensure correct patient identification and verification of procedures
  • Anticipate and meet the needs of surgeons and other medical staff
  • Follow patient and employee safety/security policies and protocols
Requirements
  • American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS) and Certification
  • Surgical Technologist Certificate (CST) and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) or equivalent required
  • Completion of surgical technologist course preferred
