Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and manage construction workers to ensure project success
  • Participate in bid reviews and provide input on project proposals
  • Conduct job briefings and assign crew allocations based on skill requirements and cost profiles
  • Arrange job equipment rentals and maintain relationships with suppliers
  • Monitor and manage job costs and profits daily
  • Perform field sales and estimating support for change orders
  • Provide direct site supervision as needed
  • Conduct monthly safety inspections and check in with customers for performance feedback
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management
  • Previous experience as a superintendent for at least 100 team members on at least three projects
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
