We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Partner to join our team at Inspired Living at Lakewood Ranch. As a Care Partner, you will play a vital role in providing personal care and support services to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out Activities of Daily Life services, including providing personal care, communicating with medical professionals and families, and participating in meal service. This role requires a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and services in a safe and respectful manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personal care services to residents in accordance with their service plans
  • Communicate effectively with medical professionals, families, and other team members
  • Participate in meal service, including serving, clearing, and cleaning the dining room
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • One year of experience in a caregiving role or similar function
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
  • CNA or HHA certification preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
