About the Role

As a Project Manager Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful execution of construction projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Managing procurement and administrative tasks.
  • Coordinating with project supervisors and other stakeholders.

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • An Associate's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Over 1 year of project assistance and/or management experience, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Experience with project management software and Microsoft applications.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • A self-starter with problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
