We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Lead I, Quality Management to join our team at UP Health System - Marquette. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong background in quality improvement and patient safety.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain regulatory, accreditation, and certification requirements and processes.
- Conduct performance and process improvement activities through consultation, development of performance measures, education, chart reviews, root cause analysis, data collection, and analysis to achieve safety and quality goals.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop presentations and facilitate meetings to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Associate's degree in a related field (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in quality improvement or a related field.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (BLS-HCP), Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) (preferred).
- Licenses: Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Michigan (preferred).
