Job Description
We are seeking a skilled production artist to prepare and coat products according to our company's standards. As a coatings specialist, you will be responsible for painting products to meet quality standards, inspecting parts for quality, performing daily start-up and shut-down procedures, cleaning booths and equipment, ensuring consistent paint quality, operating paint booths and guns, and restocking plug bins.

Salary and Benefits
This role offers a competitive hourly wage of $21-$27, depending on qualifications, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes 401(k) matching, dental, health, and vision insurance, life insurance, paid time off, flexible spending accounts, and a retirement plan.

Requirements and Qualifications
The ideal candidate must be able to push or pull up to 25 lbs. and pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.
