About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized student worker to support our operations and logistics team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, assisting in project management, and contributing to the development of business and logistics concepts.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support in project management, including data entry, document preparation, and meeting coordination.
- Assist in the conception and creation of business and logistics specialist concepts, including research and analysis.
- Prepare and accompany meetings, trainings, and workshops, including preparation and follow-up.
- Document results from meetings and coordination, including minutes and action items.
- Create presentations and training materials, including visual aids and handouts.
Requirements
- Student (m/f/d) in a degree program with a business-related focus and ideally have already completed their bachelor's degree.
- Very good analytical skills and solid PC application knowledge in common MS Office products, especially in Power Point.
- Organizational and coordination talent, independence, flexibility, commitment, and assertiveness.
- Good communication skills and a good eye for detail.
