Spa Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Spa Associate to join our team at Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Kent & University Place. As a critical link in ensuring an outstanding customer experience, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and exceeding sales goals.

Hand & Stone is a national franchise with over 500 locations across the US and Canada, specializing in membership-based spa services. Our brand is a leader in the industry, and we pride ourselves on providing a positive and professional work environment.

• Meet membership sales goals and achieve targets through excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
• Demonstrate a detailed knowledge of our menu of services and effectively communicate promotions and options to clients
• Uphold spa cleanliness standards and perform hourly walk-throughs to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for our customers
