We are seeking an experienced Infection Prevention Specialist to join our team. As a member of our nursing staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining the health and well-being of our residents.
About the Role:
- You will be responsible for implementing and monitoring infection prevention and control measures across our facilities.
- Developing and delivering education and training programs for nursing staff on infection prevention best practices.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans for residents.
- Evaluating and improving our infection prevention policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse license in the State of Illinois.
- Experience in infection prevention and nursing management.
- Possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: $36-40 per hour (annual salary: $75,000 - $83,200).
