Residential Maintenance Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and physically capable Residential Maintenance Associate to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms.
Your primary duties will include:
- Daily Cleaning Routine: You will perform daily cleaning tasks in assigned rooms, including changing bed linen, replacing towels, and thoroughly cleaning bathrooms.
- Workload Prioritization: You will prioritize your workload based on guest arrivals and departures to ensure seamless service.
- Supply Management: You will call Housekeeping for additional supplies and items as needed to maintain a fully stocked cart and storeroom.
- Periodic Deep Cleaning: You will perform periodic heavy cleaning of rooms on an assigned basis to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Safety Reporting: You will promptly report and document any observed or known safety hazards, conditions, or unsafe practices and procedures to management.
- Additional Duties: You may be asked to perform other job-related duties as directed by management.
To succeed in this role, you must possess strong physical abilities, including the capacity to push heavy carts, bend, lift, and work actively throughout the day.
The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits and perks will be discussed during the hiring process.
