Primary Care Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled Primary Care Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Rancho Family Medical Group. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our practice.
**Responsibilities:**
- Examine and treat patients with various medical conditions, providing compassionate and individualized care.
- Conduct routine vaccinations, prescribe medications, and order necessary tests to diagnose and treat patients.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, working closely with specialists as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to strict confidentiality standards.
**Requirements:**
- Board certification and active unrestricted California PA/NP medical license.
- Medical Degree from an accredited medical college and board certification/eligibility.
- Bilingual Spanish or other language preferred but not required.
**Benefits:**
- Competitive salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
- Flexible work hours to accommodate work/life balance.

- Full-time position with 36 patients' hours per work week.

**Work Environment:**
- Providers will float to multiple locations within Riverside County to cover shifts, vacations, leaves of absence, or callouts.
- Multiple Locations located in Temecula, Murrieta, Menifee, Sun City, Hemet, Fallbrook, and Wildomar.
- Schedule: 8-9.5-hour shift, 4 or 5-day work week options.
**Travel Requirements:**
- Some travel is expected (approximately 50%).
