Position Overview:
The role of the Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) is crucial in delivering high-quality medical care to both high-risk and healthy newborns and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
(not limited to)
Deliver exceptional advanced practice medical services to newborns and their families.
Operate within the guidelines of clinical practice and ensure continuity of care; support nursing leadership; and contribute to resident education at the medical center.
Function independently or under the direct oversight of the attending neonatologist, with the ability to bill for services rendered specific to their role.
Provide training to new NNPs & PAs as necessary and support the professional development and retention of NNPs & PAs.

Work Schedule:
90% Alternate Work shift
