Executive Chef, Terrace

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team at The Montagu Arms Hotel. As a key member of our brigade, you will be responsible for running a section of the kitchen, maintaining high standards of quality and consistency, and contributing to the creation of innovative and delicious dishes.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage a section of the kitchen, ensuring it is well-organized and prepared for service.
• Support and lead junior chefs, providing guidance and training to ensure they meet the required standards.
• Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards, using fresh and seasonal ingredients.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the head chef and other kitchen staff to develop new menu ideas and improve existing dishes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar establishment or hotel.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• A passion for food and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality.
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
• High standards of cleanliness and personal hygiene.
