Job Description:

Who We Are:

Ace Hardware Home Services is the most trusted provider of home preservation services backed by Ace Hardware, offering a wide range of residential maintenance and home repair services, including plumbing, heating, cooling, electrical, handyman, and painting.

What You'll Do:

  • Install and design HVAC equipment, ductwork, and piping in residential and light commercial settings.
  • Assemble and install heating and air-conditioning units in homes.
  • Maintain accurate logs of all work performed.
  • Ensure superior service quality during all interactions with customers.
  • Complete special projects and additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 6 Years of Residential HVAC installation experience preferred.
  • Experience with ductwork, piping, oil, geothermal, and air flow preferred.
  • EPA Universal Certification preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License and Clean MVR.
  • High standards for work quality and integrity.
  • A growth mindset and desire to improve daily.
  • Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dependability and consistency in all areas.

Physical Requirements:

  • Physically able to work on HVAC units, lifting 50 pounds at a time.
  • Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, crawling, or climbing ladders.
  • Ability to work outside in various weather conditions.
  • Ability to hear and speak to exchange information.
