This role offers a flexible compensation model, enabling you to earn a base hourly wage along with unlimited commission for successful recruitment matches for our clients.
Your primary duty will be to identify and recruit exceptional candidates for our clients. Utilizing customer service-oriented consultation skills, you will conduct interviews and assess potential candidates through our unique evaluation process.
Additionally, you will engage with candidates to discuss potential matches and exciting dating opportunities based on your assessments.
We provide a thorough training program that encompasses all necessary aspects of this role.
Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate should possess a genuine passion for assisting others in finding meaningful connections and should be eager to share that enthusiasm with others.
Moreover, you should exhibit strong persuasive communication abilities and have 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service & Sales, particularly in managing a high volume of outbound calls daily.
You should excel at generating enthusiasm by conveying match opportunities while effectively managing client expectations. Proficiency with technology is essential, along with a high degree of organizational skills.
