At Maxim Healthcare Services, we're committed to providing high-quality patient care and support. We're currently seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Brown County, working with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes.

About the Role

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $30-$35 per hour for this day shift position. As a Registered Nurse, you'll be responsible for utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient/client care and services provided to clients receiving contracted services.

Responsibilities
  • Initiates the plan of care when directed and requests from prescriber any necessary revisions as patient status and needs change
  • Incorporates therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions based on patient diagnosis and established goals
  • Intervenes as applicable in response to changes in patient/client condition and reports such changes to appropriate physician or supervisor
  • Administers medications and treatments as prescribed, as well as monitors and documents effectiveness of intervention
