Roofing Specialist

Job Summary:

A Roof Technician is responsible for ensuring the structural integrity of buildings and ensuring the safety of occupants. This role involves repairing, replacing, or installing roofs in commercial and residential buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect roofs to identify potential issues and ensure there are no leaks or damages.
• Conduct pre-inspections to determine materials required and potential points of damage.
• Make emergency repairs as needed to satisfy customer needs.
• Conduct general inspections and scope of work for potential repairs or replacements.
• Identify, locate, document, and advise on roof system deficiencies and issues.
• Install services and perform approved repairs as requested.

Requirements:

This role requires a strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have experience in roofing and be able to work safely at heights.
