Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and drive quality improvements.
  • Design, coordinate, and execute standard engineering tests and experiments to validate new processes and materials.
  • Lead the design, procurement, and fabrication of tooling and fixtures to support production.
  • Troubleshoot design, material, or process issues related to new and existing products.
  • Analyze test results, draw conclusions, and implement improvements.
  • Complete and manage Capital Equipment Request Authorizations (CERAs) and report findings to the technical community.
  • Participate in cross-functional project teams to support production goals and identify equipment requirements.
  • Implement safety-related improvements and uphold a safety mindset, especially in areas supporting Electropolishing and blasting equipment.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience with a BS degree or 2 years with an MS in Manufacturing Engineering or related fields.
  • Experience with manufacturing equipment, including gantry systems, and electrochemical metal finishing processes is highly preferred.
  • Safety-conscious with a strong focus on working with product builders to ensure safe working conditions.
