Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and provide direct clinical care to patients with a wide range of urological conditions.
- Collaborate with urologists, other healthcare professionals, and patients to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement educational programs for patients, families, and staff on urological topics and best practices.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, research, and professional development activities to enhance patient care and advance the field of urology.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to students, residents, and junior staff members in the urology department.
- Current licensure as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in the state of Illinois.
- Board certification in a relevant specialty (e.g., urology, primary care).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in urology or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
