About the Role

Fidelity TalentSource is seeking a skilled Senior Mainframe Programmer to join our team in Westlake, TX. As a key member of our Workplace Investing Business Unit, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-volume production platforms in the Recordkeeping & Operational Platforms domain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy software solutions in COBOL, CICS, DB2, and VSAM environments
  • Collaborate with business and systems partners to deliver high-quality software solutions
  • Engage in detailed analysis for maintenance and enhancement projects in batch and online environments
  • Deploy and support software releases into production environments
  • Ensure data security and integrity in software development
  • Perform unit, functional, and regression testing
Requirements
  • 6+ years of software development experience in business-critical, enterprise-wide applications
  • Mainframe development expertise in COBOL, CICS, DB2, and VSAM
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with agile teams
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
