Position Overview
The Vice President of Operations at Saint Luke's East Hospital will hold comprehensive responsibility for the daily management of all hospital functions. This role is crucial in ensuring that facilities, processes, workforce, equipment, technology, and other resources are effectively prioritized and aligned to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the hospital's service and program offerings, guiding the evolution of services to align with community needs and strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with the Chief Financial Officer and executive team to develop and manage operating and capital budgets, while continuously refining the organization's cost structure.
- Engage closely with key stakeholders, including medical staff and regional leadership, to enhance and optimize hospital operations.
- Work in partnership with Human Resources to ensure that workforce and leadership structures are effectively organized to deliver safe and high-quality patient care.
- Implement and maintain key operational processes to achieve desired outcomes and ensure they function effectively.
- Utilize data-driven management practices to establish metrics and dashboards that identify improvement opportunities and track performance trends.
Qualifications

Experience Required
3-5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's Degree.
