About the Role
We're seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our Housekeeping team as a Room Attendant. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in our guestrooms, paying close attention to every detail from dusting to replenishing supplies.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Cleaning guestrooms to include dusting, making beds, soiled linen removal from rooms, and retrieval of clean linen from linen closets, vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, inside window cleaning, replenish rooms with supplies, etc.
- Taking initiative to add a personalized experience for the guest.
- Maintaining proper usage of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Accurately reporting room status reports throughout the duration of your shift.
- Taking ownership of guests' privacy and belongings, while ensuring exceptional service.
- Working effectively and contributing positively to a team.
- Keeping linen closets, supply closet and landing organized and clean.
- Reporting damage or malfunction in hotel rooms/areas.
- Responding professionally, politely, and efficiently to requests from guests.
- Using hands to lift, carry, or pull objects that may be heavy.
- Maintaining excellent grooming and uniform standards.
- Reading, understanding and following all department policies.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A warm and caring personality; previous housekeeping experience is an asset.
- A basic understanding of the English language.
- The ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs by being professional and welcoming.
- Lifting requirements up to 25 lbs.
- Carrying of objects weighting up to 50lbs.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management.
- S stooping, kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, bending, twisting, pushing, seeing, hearing, speaking to guests.

Salary Range
$15-$20 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
