Job Summary

The Retail Store Associate position is a key role within our organization, providing an opportunity to excel in a growing, high-impact, customer-focused environment. As a member of our team, you'll work both independently and collaboratively to deliver exceptional customer experiences and support the success of our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Anticipate customer needs, demonstrate compassion and care in all interactions, and actively identify and resolve potential service issues.
  • Support Store Operations: Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing information, and completing inventory management tasks as directed by the store manager.
  • Assist with Opening and Closing Store Activities: Support the store team during opening and closing procedures, as needed.
  • Provide Support to All Departments: Assist pharmacy personnel when needed, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy as part of opportunities for growth and career development.
  • Embrace and Advocate for New CVS Services: Stay up-to-date on new services and loyalty programs that support our purpose of helping people on their path to better health.
Requirements
  • Physical Requirements: Remain upright on the feet, particularly for sustained periods of time; lift and exert up to 35 lbs of force occasionally, up to 10 lbs of force frequently, and a negligible amount of force regularly to move objects to and from, including overhead lifting.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting.
