Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Vocational Nurse to join our team at UCI Health. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Conduct vital signs and other assessments as needed
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Current LVN licensure in the state of California
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual skill in Spanish or Vietnamese or Chinese
  • Knowledge of JCAHO requirements
