Paraprofessional Educator

We are seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional to join our team at ProCare Therapy. This full-time position is located in Roxbury, Massachusetts, and offers a competitive hourly rate of $17-22 based on experience.

• Collaborate with teachers to design and implement effective instructional strategies tailored to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Provide direct support to students during classroom activities, helping them stay focused and engaged.
• Assist in the assessment and tracking of student progress, noting areas where additional support may be needed.
• Facilitate small group instruction and provide personalized tutoring as required.
• Support students with special needs in implementing their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
• Promote social-emotional learning by modeling positive interactions and conflict resolution skills.
• Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment, ensuring materials are readily accessible.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving instructional practices and student outcomes.
