Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team at Innovative Renal Care. As a Dialysis Dietitian, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify nutritional needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and support.
  • Provide ongoing nutritional education and support to patients and their families.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical nutrition research and best practices.
Requirements
  • Registered by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Commission on Dietetic Registry.
  • Current state licensure (if required by the state).
  • Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements.
  • Minimum of one (1) year professional work experience in clinical nutrition as a registered dietitian.
  • Previous experience in nutrition associated with an ESRD patient preferred.
