Job Details

We are seeking a corporate generalist with 5+ years of experience to join our growing legal team. This person will be responsible for contract negotiation, overseeing privacy and policy regulations, compliance issues, legal operations, and various other issues as they arise. An understanding of IP law and SaaS company experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

* Negotiate and review contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

* Identify and mitigate compliance risks to ensure the company's legal and regulatory obligations are met
* Develop and implement legal operations processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs

Requirements

* Excellent negotiation and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
