As a Nurse Care Specialist with Scott & Crosby Staffing, Inc., you will provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and protocols. This role requires a strong understanding of patient care plans and the ability to monitor and record patient condition. You will work closely with the healthcare team to ensure well-coordinated patient care. Key responsibilities include assessing and coordinating patient discharge planning needs, noting and carrying out physician and nursing orders, and providing direct nursing care.
Requirements
Licensure/Certification/Registration: BLS Provider certification required within 1 month of hire date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing required.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire.
