We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Ultrasound Technologist to join our team at HCA Houston Healthcare Conroe. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Perform diagnostic ultrasound and non-invasive vascular procedures at a technical level, with minimal supervision.
- Assume responsibility for designated procedures as required, ensuring the highest degree of quality performance and patient care.
- Provide quality ultrasound services, including OB/GYN, Abdominal, Breast, Small parts, Neurological, and limited vascular exams.
- Photograph images of organs shown on display module, or remove strip printout from equipment to obtain permanent record of internal examination.
- Work collaboratively with the ultrasound department to meet the needs of patients and staff.
- Travel to other satellite facilities as needed for staffing requirements.
- Maintain ultrasound equipment and report malfunctioning devices.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Sonography or equivalent on-the-job training.
- RDMS (RDCS) or CCI (RCS) certification acceptable for echocardiography specialties.
- OB/GYN; Abdominal and Small parts experience required.
