Heavy Equipment Operator Job Description

Sargent Corp is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in the New England area. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy equipment, including backhoes, bulldozers, excavators, front-end loaders, and graders, to excavate, move, and grade earth and install structures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently
  • Excavate, move, and grade earth and install structures
  • Work on infrastructure projects, including landfill, highway, site prep, and public works projects
  • Travel throughout the region to work on various projects

Requirements:
  • Previous experience operating heavy equipment, such as backhoes, bulldozers, excavators, front-end loaders, or graders
