The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and meeting sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide fast, friendly customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning restrooms, and emptying trash containers.
- Restock shelves, coolers, and freezers, and ensure that products are facing forward and at eye level.
- Brew coffee and clean fountain areas.
- Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management, such as checking in vendors and receiving gas deliveries.
Requirements:
- Prolonged standing is required for this position.
- Physical exertion is required to manually move, lift at least 55 lbs., carry, pull, or push heavy objects or materials.
- Occasional stooping, bending, reaching, and climbing ladders or step stools are also required.
- Some travel may be required for training or meetings.
Benefits and Compensation:
