Restaurant Shift Leader

Bubbakoo's Burritos is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team. As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our restaurant by providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and leading a team of crew members.

Main Responsibilities:

• Adhere to our core values and provide excellent customer service
• Greet customers and connect with them while preparing their food
• Prepare food orders in a timely fashion while maintaining our quality service standard
• Assist with maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant
• Represent our brand with respect and dignity
• Work as a team to achieve tasks and goals
• Assist the General Manager with daily tasks, inventory, and customer incidents
• Manage crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules
• Train new employees and assist with performance reviews
