Diagnostic Hearing Specialist for Veterans

We are seeking an experienced Audiologist to join our team at MRG Exams. As a Diagnostic Hearing Specialist, you will play a vital role in performing medical assessments on United States Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process.
Job DescriptionIn this position, you will conduct thorough assessments, including the Maryland CNC Test and Puretone Audiometric test. You will also complete a Disability Benefits Questionnaire (DBQ) in our computer portal, which will form the medical evidence used by the VA to decide the veteran's benefits. Importantly, you will not be responsible for prescribing any medical treatments or devices.
Responsibilities- Conduct medical assessments on 3-6 Veterans per day
- Review and assess Veteran medical records
- Complete Disability Benefits Questionnaires
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A Doctor of Audiology (Au.D) degree from an ASHA Accredited school
- A current license as an Audiologist
