Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated **Hospice After Hours Registered Nurse** to provide exceptional care to patients in need. This full-time role offers a competitive salary and a nurturing work atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and implement patient care plans effectively.
  • Support patients and their families in the Glen Carbon area and nearby regions.
  • Recognize and celebrate significant achievements within the first year of service.
Schedule and Shift Details

This position requires working **seven consecutive evenings** from **5 PM to 8 AM**, Monday through Sunday, providing on-call support and conducting visits as necessary. Following this period, there will be **seven consecutive days off**.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Associate degree or higher in nursing.
  • A minimum of **two years** experience in hospice care.
  • At least **one year** of experience with any of the following:
    • Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
    • Other EMR systems
    • TruChart EHR
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
  • Prior communication with a Relode Recruiter regarding this role.
  • Willingness to travel as required for the position.
  • No prior applications or employment with Residential in the last six months.

Preferred:

  • Submission of RN License number is required for application processing.
