We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team at a leading manufacturer of high-quality iron castings. As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the foundry's equipment.
- Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service and annual shutdown.
- Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities.
- Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
- Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.
Requirements:
- Possess a high school diploma/GED and experience in a manufacturing environment (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Have a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, with some HVAC experience a plus.
- Be proficient in reading blueprints and schematics. (Preferred)
- Have experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting. (Preferred)
- Be able to repair and maintain pneumatic and hydraulic systems. (Preferred)
- Possess welding, fabricating, and rigging skills. (A plus)
- Have experience inspecting and troubleshooting electrical systems. (Preferred)
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Be a self-motivated team player with a strong work ethic.
- Be familiar with ISO 9001 quality standards. (Preferred)

Work Schedule:
Monday-Thursday: 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM
Friday: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
