Job SummaryAs a Fitness Ambassador at Crunch Fitness, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Front Desk department. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to our members and guests, ensuring they have a positive experience at our club.
Key Responsibilities- Membership Sales: You will be responsible for selling memberships to new customers and promoting our services to existing members.
- Greeting and Check-in: You will greet all members and guests with a smile and check them in according to our company procedures.
- Facilitating Messages: You will facilitate any messages on our club software at member check-in and ensure that all members are aware of special events and promotions.
- Phone and Communication: You will answer phones in a courteous and professional manner, communicating with members and guests in a friendly and helpful way.
- Special Events: You will communicate special events to members and guests, ensuring they are aware of any upcoming activities or promotions.
- Ambiance and Atmosphere: You will maintain an atmosphere that makes members feel welcome and valued, ensuring they have a positive experience at our club.
- Member Requests: You will facilitate all member requests or forward them to a manager, ensuring that all members receive the service they need.
- Professionalism: You will maintain a professional disposition at all times, providing exceptional customer service to our members and guests.
- Retail Sales: You will sell retail products to members and guests, promoting our merchandise and ensuring that our club is well-stocked.
- Scheduling: You will schedule member services, such as tanning and hydro-massage, ensuring that all members have access to our facilities.
- Payment Processing: You will facilitate payment of member services in accordance with our company procedures.
- Club Knowledge: You will know our club facility, services, and schedules, ensuring that you can provide accurate information to members and guests.
- Work Area Maintenance: You will maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that our club is presented in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Projects and Training: You will assist in all projects as delegated by club management and attend any employee training meetings, ensuring that you are up-to-date on all company procedures and policies.
- Policies and Procedures: You will follow all policies and procedures in our Employee Handbook, ensuring that you are aware of and comply with all company rules and regulations.
- Opening and Closing Duties: You will perform opening and closing duties, ensuring that our club is prepared for business and that all tasks are completed.
