Job Description

As a Dental Associate at Vail Family Dentistry, you'll be at the forefront of delivering top-notch dental care. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough examinations to diagnose and treat a variety of oral health issues, utilizing state-of-the-art technology and techniques.
  • Providing a range of dental services, from routine cleanings to more complex procedures, ensuring our patients receive the highest standard of care.
  • Empowering patients with knowledge about oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care, fostering long-term dental health.
  • Working alongside a supportive team, sharing expertise, and contributing to our shared goal of exceptional patient care.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Expertise: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD), with 0-5 years of experience, Endodontic and implant experience preferred.
  • Licensing: State license to practice dentistry and CPR certification.
  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to use dental instruments and equipment with precision, coupled with strong hand-eye coordination.
  • Soft Skills: Effective communication, collaboration, reliability, and a service-oriented mindset are essential for success in our team-oriented environment.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive Salary: Annual earning potential of $180,000.00 - $260,000.00, including a guaranteed day rate and production-based incentives.
