Job Overview:
As a licensed surveyor at Timmons Group, you will be responsible for managing assigned projects and client accounts. With the ability to work in a dynamic environment, you will manage design-related surveying projects using relevant office software and technology.

Responsibilities:
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and client communications
• Perform calculations using surveying formulas and skills or utilize computers to solve problems
• Develop and maintain superior relationships with clients and cross-sell services outside of direct expertise
• Manage multiple mid-sized projects simultaneously or work on single larger projects

Requirements:
• Working knowledge of Civil 3D, MicroStation, or equivalent CAD software
• Experience with Leica, Trimble, or equivalent survey data reduction software
• Strong understanding of project accounting and budget management
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work at a dynamic pace and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Estimated Salary:
$85,000 - $115,000 per year (based on location and experience)
