Bourbon Ambassador

We are seeking a charismatic and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a Guest Experience Host at Four Roses Distillery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, sharing the rich history and heritage of our distillery, and showcasing our award-winning bourbons.

• Lead groups on a journey through our distillation process, sharing the story of Four Roses and our passion for bourbon.
• Host tastings and tours, educating guests on our unique recipes and mash bills.
• Assist with set up for tastings and tours, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
• Help customers make retail purchases, providing recommendations and insights into our products.
• Check in guests and assist with reservations, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
• Provide support for inventory management, maintaining accurate records and ensuring a smooth operation.
• Chat with guests to educate on our brand, our experience, and the area, building relationships and fostering a sense of community.

• Comfortable speaking in front of groups of 25 or more.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and educate guests.
• Passion for storytelling and sharing the history and heritage of Four Roses.
• Personable and outgoing, with a strong desire to build relationships and create memorable experiences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
